How will Reiki help me?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction,relaxation,and symptom relief in efforts to improve overall health and well-being. It is also used by people who are seeking relief from anxiety, chronic pain, HIV/AIDS,disease-related symptoms and the side effects of conventional medical treatments. The goal of Reiki is to facilitate the person's own healing response. Reiki has also been given to people who are dying (and to their families and caregivers) to help impart a sense of peace. Reiki is a part of complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) being funded by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. http://nccam.nih.gov/health/reiki/

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words -Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy". Reiki energy is inherent in everyone. Just as all bodies are composed of cells that contain atoms which have a magnetic energetic charge, so does Reiki energy. Reiki energy can be channeled into a body, through a qualified practitioner, so that healing energies can be enhanced on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of the body. Reiki is practiced by having the practitioner just lay his hands on the body. The client can be fully clothed during this treatment. Reiki energy goes to the distressed part of the body needing the healing. Reiki can also be done by using long distance healing. The founder of Reiki was Dr. Mikao Usui and Reiki is sometimes referred to as Usui Reiki.

Energy Healing is a holistic healing formula that uses a variety of modalities to reduce stress, control pain, restore energy to the physical body, and balance each chakra's energy.

The Energy Healing used here include Mediumship, Esoteric Healing, Theta Healing, and healing techniques from other Master Healers. Mediumship is allowing your spirit guides to give me information regarding your condition and health that will be important in your healing process. Esoteric Healing deals with using the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your body in connection with your association to a higher power in order to allow changes in the vibrational qualities of your body through its chakras and energy channels. Theta Healing is a form of energy healing that deals with your conscious and subconscious mind and allows the subconscious mind to change and come into alignment with your conscious mind. This is directed using kinesiology and your body system. All of these methods can be used separately or together to assist your body to develop those innate abilities to be all that you can be.
